Protection Method
With the product and packaging completed, the goal is to get the concept in front of potential customers as soon as possible. We understand the importance of this; however, we want to ensure that the proper steps are taken if protection is required at a later date.
After the sample is completed, the project moves through the Provisional Patent application stages, which allow our client to:
- Display the words "Patent Pending" on the product and/or packaging.
- Use the date of the Provisional Patent as the official recording date with the USPTO.
